The method is performed entirely on our patented equipment that uses variable resistance and dynamic tension to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body. The method is taught exclusively on the Supra® at each of our Los Angeles location.

The truth is, it’s not about time, it’s about effort. A highly effective workout can be had in a short amount of time. This amount of time is designed to cater to people who need to fit in a workout before work, during lunch, or on their drive home. Simultaneously, the 25 minute workout allows people who want to workout for an hour or more to sign up for as many classes in a row as they like.
