Using a series of wide, soft pieces of fabric students are suspended a foot or more off the floor to create a super supportive but compression-free body position that enables each person to immediately stretch further and more comfortably than ever before. Using strength training, yoga and Pilates positions participants experience fantastic back pain relief, very effective core and upper body work outs and a highly variable degree of resistance training. This class is unique in that it can be as difficult or as gentle as the student wishes it to be. It is an excellent way to rehab shoulder, back, knee and hip injuries.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 students.
