Bodies in Motion collects information in several ways from different parts of our web site. Some personal information is gathered when you create your Fitness Profile and your Shopping Registration form. We ask for your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code and fitness interests. The more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to customize your experience. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to Bodies in Motion - you are given a BIM ID (your membership number) and are able to take full advantage of our many offerings.

In addition to Shopping registration we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you enter a sweepstakes, contest or promotion sponsored by Bodies in Motion and/or our many partners; when you make a purchase using BIM Shopping; and when you report a problem with one of our sites or services. If you contact BIM we may keep a record of that correspondence. Wherever BIM collects personal information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

Bodies in Motion's primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience on our site. This includes personalization services, interactive communications, online shopping and many other types of services, all of which are completely free to you. Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item for exchange, refund, or credit in 30 days if it is in "resalable" condition. All items are covered by a 30 day workmanship warranty. There will be no refunds for returned shipping charges. No refunds after 30 days.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday usually within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and location. Generally orders placed in the United States using UPS Ground will be delivered within 2 weeks.
