At the Bodies in Motion fitness center, we invite you to participate in hundreds of dance and fitness exercise programs offered weekly in multiple private studios running around the clock. We have jazz, hip hop, salsa, Latin and groove as well as hundreds of other fitness workout programs including abs and free fitness programs at a variety of levels to suit our members changing degrees of skill and interest.
