Massage Massage
has been used in relaxation, tension reduction and therapeutically in
the treatment of aches, pain and injuries for thousands of years.
Psychological studies show that treatments involving nuturing touch
satisfy our basic human need to be nurtured.
Prevention of injuries can be optimized by keeping massage as a regular
part of your body maintenance routine. Many people receive a weekly
massage for general maintenance of mind and body.
The Spa Hospitality Desk will reserve appointments for members, non-members and guests.
